How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 2 weeks for standard event coverage, and 4–6 weeks for large-scale events requiring livestreaming, a full crew, and pre-event planning. For same-week bookings, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate depending on crew availability.
Do you travel outside Nairobi?
Yes — we cover events across Kenya and East Africa. Travel fees apply for events outside Nairobi, which will be quoted separately. We've covered events in Mombasa, Kisumu, Kampala, and Dar es Salaam.
What do you need from us before the event?
A brief covering your event programme, key moments to capture, brand guidelines, preferred platforms for social content, and any access or protocol requirements. For institutional events, we request a contact person for the day. We'll send you a detailed pre-event checklist once you confirm the booking.
How quickly do we receive the final content?
Standard delivery is 48 hours for photos and basic social clips. Highlight reels and edited video typically take 3–5 business days. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available as an add-on for most packages. Enterprise packages include agreed SLAs.
Do you provide a livestream link we can share before the event?
Yes — for all livestream packages, we set up and test your stream at least 30 minutes before the event starts, and provide you with a shareable YouTube or LinkedIn link you can distribute to your audience in advance. We also handle any technical issues during the stream.
Can you produce content in Swahili or other local languages?
Absolutely. Our team is comfortable working in both English and Swahili. For multilingual events, we can provide bilingual captions, Swahili social content, and support for events conducted in multiple languages. Additional languages may require external translation support.
